| Abstract：The synthesis of 2 chloro 4,5 difluoroacetophenone is reported. The technology of chloridization and acylation of ortho difluorobenzene is used. The chloridization yield and acylation yield is 83% and 86% respectively. The fine distillation yield is 75%, and the overall yield is 53.5%. The purity of product is over 98%. |
