（S）-（+）-N，N-二甲基-3-（1-萘氧基）-2-噻吩基丙胺的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以2-乙酰噻吩為原料，經(jīng)Mannich反應、還原反應、手性拆分、光延反應合成（S）-（+）-N，N-二甲基-3-（1-萘氧基）-2-噻吩基丙胺。對反應物配料比、反應時(shí)間和溫度等工藝影響因素進(jìn)行了研究，總收率達40.26%（以2-乙酰噻吩計），其結構經(jīng)1H NMR和MS確證。 |

| Abstract：(S)-(+)-N,N-Dimethyl-3-(1-naphthyloxy)-3-(2-thienyl)-1-propylamine was synthesized in four steps Mannich reaction, reduction, chiral separation and mitsunobu reaction with yield of 40.26%. The factors including the ratio of raw materials, the reaction time and temperature were investigated. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectra. |
