Synthesis and Confirmation of an Unknown Impurity in Cefprozil |

Abstract:The impurity produced in the synthesis of Cefprozil was analyzed and speculation. The experimental results from HPLC and LC-MS indicated that the existence of the impurity was related to oxidation. The oxide impurity was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by HPLC and LC-MS and NMR and IR. |
