金屬有機框架負載雜多酸催化丙三醇一步氧化酯化的研究 |

摘 要:制備了金屬有機框架(MOFs)負載的雜多酸催化劑,研究了丙三醇一步氧化酯化的反應條件和催化性能。pH=8,負載8%,反應24 h的條件下,丙三醇轉化率48.6%,酯類(lèi)選擇性34.5%。反應過(guò)程綠色溫和,且催化劑可循環(huán)利用,實(shí)現了生物柴油副產(chǎn)物的再生。研究了催化過(guò)程中各個(gè)因素的影響,并討論了MOFs的傳質(zhì)作用,分析丙三醇一步氧化酯化的反應過(guò)程。 |

Study on One-pot Oxidative Esterification of Glycerol with MOF Supported Polyoxometalates as Catalyst |

Abstract:Polyoxometalates supported by metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) were synthesized and used as catalysts in the one-pot oxidative esterification of glycerol. Reaction conditions were as follows: pH value was 8, catalyst loading was 8%, and the reaction time was 24 hours. A yield of 48.6% was obtained, and the selectivity of esters was 34.5%. The whole process was sustainable and mild, and catalysts could be recycled. The recyling of the by-products of biodiesel could be achieved. Studies on the catalytic factors and mass transfer of MOFs were carried out. The process was analyzed. |
