核殼型磁性表面分子印跡聚合物的制備及對羅丹明6G吸附性能研究

摘 要:以羅丹明6G為模板分子,多巴胺和3-氨基苯硼酸為功能單體和交聯(lián)劑,采用表面分子印跡技術(shù),首次制備了對羅丹明6G具有優(yōu)良吸附作用的核殼型磁性表面分子印跡聚合物。應用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、紅外光譜等對其進(jìn)行表征,通過(guò)靜態(tài)、動(dòng)態(tài)和選擇性吸附實(shí)驗,研究了該分子印跡聚合物的識別選擇性和吸附容量,并建立了固相萃取-分光光度法測定實(shí)際樣品中痕量羅丹明6G的新方法,檢測限為2.7 nmol/L,回收率為86.9%~105.0%。

Preparation and Adsorption Characteristics of Core-shell Magnetic Surface Molecularly Imprinted Polymer for Rhodanmine 6G

Abstract:A novel core-shell magnetic nano-adsorbent with surface molecularly imprinted polymer coating was fabricated by copolymerization of dopamine and m-aminophenylboronic acid which were used as both monomers and cross-linkers in the presence of template Rh6G. The resulting adsorbent was then fully characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The nano-adsorbent was successfully applied to solid phase extraction coupled with visible spectrophotometry for trace determination of Rh6G in real samples with a detection limit of 2.7 nmol/L. Spiked recoveries ranged from 86.9%~105.0%.
