聚苯乙烯-L-半胱氨酸樹(shù)脂的合成及其對Pb2+、Hg2+的吸附研究 |

摘 要:氯甲基聚苯乙烯微球與L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys)胺解反應合成聚苯乙烯-L-半胱氨酸樹(shù)脂,通過(guò)紅外光譜表征了樹(shù)脂結構,測定了其樹(shù)脂的比表面和孔結構等數據,研究了該樹(shù)脂在不同溫度下對Pb2+、Hg2+的吸附等溫線(xiàn),利用熱力學(xué)函數關(guān)系計算出了吸附焓、自由能和熵。結果表明其合成的Cys樹(shù)脂對水溶液中Pb2+、Hg2+離子有較好的吸附性能。 |

Synthesis and Its Adsorption Properties for Pb2+、Hg2+ in Solution on Polystyrene Supported L-cysteine |

Abstract:A novel polystyrene microsphere supported L-Cys was synthesized via the the amination reaction of L-cysteine with chloromethylated polystyrene(CMHCPS). The obtained resin was characterized by Fourier transformation infrared spectra. The surface area and pore structure of the resin were determined. The adsorption isotherms of Pb2+、Hg2+ in solution at different temperatures were studied.Isothermal adsorption enthalpy, Gibbs free energy and entropy were calculated according to thermodynamic equations. The results showed that the polymer microsphere had strong adsorption to Pb2+、Hg2+ in solution. |
