含噻唑環(huán)核肟酯類(lèi)化合物的合成及生物活性研究 |

| 摘 要：利用醛（酮）肟與2-氯-4-取代-5-噻唑甲酰氯反應，合成了8個(gè)含2-氯-4-取代噻唑環(huán)核的肟酯類(lèi)化合物，所有化合物的結構均經(jīng)1H NMR，13C NMR及元素分析確證。離體殺菌活性測試結果表明，目標化合物有一定的殺菌活性。 |

| Abstract：Eight oxime ester derivatives containing thiazole moiety were synthesized from the reaction of 2-chloro-4-substituted thiazole-5-carbonyl chloride with aldo(keto)xime. The structures of the target compounds were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. Bioassay results of fungicidal activities in vitro showed that the target compounds displayed certain fungicidal activities. |
