7-氮雜吲哚合成工藝改進(jìn)研究 |

摘 要:以2-氨基-3-甲基吡啶為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)Boc保護、環(huán)化反應制備得到7-氮雜吲哚,并考察反應溶劑和堿性試劑對收率的影響?偸章蕿79.0%。改進(jìn)后的工藝路線(xiàn),操作簡(jiǎn)單,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。 |

An Improved Synthetical Route of 7-Azaindole |

Abstract:7-Azaindole was prepared from 2-amino-3-methylpyridine via amine protection and cyclization. The influence of factors on the yield of the target-product were investigated. This improved process can simplify the process in scale manipulation. The typical total yield for this process was 79.0%. |
