亞磷酸二甲酯副產(chǎn)高沸物的資源化利用研究 |

摘 要:采用精密過(guò)濾、水解、氧化等工藝,對亞磷酸二甲酯高沸物副產(chǎn)的資源化利用進(jìn)行了研究,考察了砂芯漏斗孔徑對精密過(guò)濾的影響,以及反應物、反應條件對水解和氧化反應效果的影響,優(yōu)化氧化條件為:反應溫度為90℃、雙氧水加入量n(雙氧水)∶n(亞磷酸)=1.1∶1.0、反應時(shí)間為3.0 h。優(yōu)化條件下可使亞磷酸二甲酯副產(chǎn)高沸物轉化為一等品工業(yè)亞磷酸和濃度為33%的磷酸,磷資源的利用率達99.8%以上。 |

Study on Resource Utilization Process for the High-boiling Byproduct of Dimethyl Phosphite |

Abstract:The method effectively combined precise microporous filtration technology with the technology of hydrolysis and oxidation was used to deal with the byproduct. The influence of sintered discs model, reaction condition for the process of hydrolysis and oxidation was investigated. Finally the best process condition was got. High-boiling byproduct of dimethyl phosphate were converted into first-rate phosphorous acid and 33% phosphoric acid. The rate of using phosphorus resource is more than 99.8%. |
