硫酸浸取鋰云母提鋰方法的研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了鋰云母與硫酸反應再浸取提鋰的方法。探索了粒度大小、硫酸濃度、液固比、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間對鋰浸取率影響，研究表明隨著(zhù)鋰云母粒度減小、硫酸濃度增大、液固比加大、反應溫度升高、反應時(shí)間增長(cháng)，鋰浸取率提高；m（55%的硫酸）∶m（150目左右的鋰云母）=2∶1，135℃左右反應9 h，鋰浸取率達96.72%。 |

| Abstract：A method for the extraction of lithium from lepidolite using sulfuric acid was developed. The effects of conditions including the granularity of lepidolite, sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on leaching lithium were investigated. The experimental results showed that the leaching yield of lithium increased with the decrease of the granularity of lepidolite and the increase of sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time. The leaching yield of lithium was 96.72% when 55% sulfuric acid reacted lepidolite(around 150 mesh) in the mass ratio of 2:1 at 135℃ for 9 h. |
