3種實(shí)驗室常用染料的薄層色譜分離方法研究 |

| 摘 要：通過(guò)自制硅膠板，利用薄層色譜法，使用多元展開(kāi)劑對三種實(shí)驗室常用染料混合液進(jìn)行了分離，并對不同種類(lèi)展開(kāi)劑的分離效果進(jìn)行了對比實(shí)驗。結果表明，采用v（石油醚）∶v（二氯甲烷）∶v（四氯化碳）∶v（甲醇）=8∶7∶8∶3時(shí)的多元展開(kāi)劑具有良好的分離效果，同時(shí)該研究將為薄層色譜實(shí)驗中采用多元展開(kāi)劑提供一定參考。 |

| A Thin Layer Chromatographic Method for the Separation of Three Commonly Used Dyes |

| Abstract：A mixture of three commonly used dyes was separated using the self-made silica gel plate and multiple expansion agents. The effect of different expansion agents on the separation has evaluated. The experimental results showed that a good separation was achieved using the ratio of petroleum ether to dichloromethane, tetrachloromethane and methanol of 8:7:8:3. This work provided experimental data for the choice of multiple expansion agent in thin layer chromatography. |
