桐油脂肪酸甲酯合成工藝與動(dòng)力學(xué)研究 |

摘 要:通過(guò)堿催化桐油與甲醇的反應合成桐油脂肪酸甲酯,GC-MS測定桐油中桐油酸含量約為70.87%,計算得分子量為873.71;優(yōu)化工藝為:m(桐油)∶m(甲醇)=100∶27,催化劑用量1%(占油脂質(zhì)量),水浴70℃下反應90 min時(shí)轉化率達98.64%;通過(guò)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究得出桐油甲酯化的活化能Ea=28.26 kJ·mol-1。 |

Preparation and Kinetics of Methyl Esterification of Tung Oil |

Abstract:Using alkaline as catalysis, methyl eleostearate was synthesized by trans-esterification of methyl alcohol and tung oil. The main fatty acids in tung oil were identified using GC-MS, the contents of eleostearic acid was 70.87%. The optimal synthesis conditions were as following: raw material mass ratio of methyl eleostearateto carbinol was 100:27; dosage of catalyst was 1% of methyl eleostearate, reaction temperature was of 70℃, reaction time was of 90 min. A typical conversion rate of tung oil reached 98.64%; the activation energy was of 28.26 kJ·mol-1. |
