固載雜多酸催化合成水楊酸異戊酯 |

| 摘 要：用固載雜多酸PW12 /SiO2 為催化劑 ,實(shí)現了水楊酸與異戊醇反應合成水楊酸異戊酯。最佳合成條件為 :酸∶醇 =1∶2 .5 ,催化劑用量為水楊酸質(zhì)量的 3%,反應時(shí)間為 2h ,產(chǎn)率可達 96 %。催化劑容易回收并可循環(huán)使用、不污染環(huán)境。 |

| Catalytic Synthesis of Isoamyl Salicylate by Heteropoly Acid |

| Abstract：In the presence of Heteropoly acid catalys PW 12/SiO 2, isoamyl salicylate was synthesed from salicylic acid and isoamyl alcohol .The optimum conditions were as follow: molar ratio of salicyli acid to isoamyl alcohol was 1∶2.5, reaction time of reflux was 2h,mass of catalyst was 3% of salicylic acid.The yield of isoamyl salicylate was 96%.The catalyst was easy to be recovered,feasible to be used repeatedly,and less pollution to the environment. |
