鈣基復合AC發(fā)泡劑在N-PCB/PVC復合材料中的應用 |

摘 要:以鈣基復合物、發(fā)泡劑AC、Pb-Ba穩定劑、E-44和N-PCB為原料,通過(guò)共混制備了鈣基復合發(fā)泡劑,并將其與N-PCB/PVC復合材料進(jìn)行共混擠出,制備了復合發(fā)泡材料。研究了配方及工藝等因素對復合發(fā)泡材料的密度、泡孔形貌及力學(xué)性能的影響。結果表明:當E-44、CPE及N-PCB用量分別為6、20及100份時(shí),高填充的N-PCB/PVC復合材料的綜合性能最佳;當m(鈣基復合物)∶m(發(fā)泡劑AC)∶m(Pb-Ba穩定劑)∶m(E-44)∶m(N-PCB)=15∶1∶1∶0.1∶1時(shí),鈣基復合發(fā)泡劑分解時(shí)吸收與放出的熱量基本達到平衡;制備的復合發(fā)泡材料,將密度由1.4 g/cm3降低到0.9 g/cm3,為大量回收利用N-PCB提供了一條有效的新途徑。 |

Abstract:The foamed composites were prepared by twin-screw extruder with N-PCB/PVC composites and Calcium matrix composite foaming agent prepared by Calcium matrix composites, Azobisformamide, Pb-Ba stabilizer, E-44 and N-PCB. The effects of formula and process on the density,cell structure and mechanical properties of foamed composites were studied. The experimental results showed that the best comprehensive performance of N-PCB/PVC composites were obtained when the loading of E-44, CPE and N-PCB were 6, 20 and 100 phr, respectively. The Calcium matrix composite foaming agent was a kind of endo-exo thermic balanced foaming agent when Calcium matrix composites:Azobisformamide:Pb-Ba stabilizer:E-44:N-PCB=15:1:1:0.1:1. The density of foamed composites was decreased from 1.4 g/cm3 to 0.9 g/cm3 and we have successfully provided an effective and new way for recycling N-PCB. |
