| 摘 要：以丙二酸二乙酯為原料、硫酸銅為催化劑，氨解合成氨基甲酰乙酸乙酯。探索了不同原料配比、反應時(shí)間、催化劑用量、反應溫度以及攪拌速度對反應收率的影響，通過(guò)優(yōu)化反應條件，控制酯的酰胺化進(jìn)程，收率達90.0%。 |

| Abstract：Ethoxycarbonylacetamide was synthesized by ammonolysis of diethyl malonate using copper sulfate as catalyst. The factors including molor ratio of diethyl malonate to ammonia water, reaction time, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and mixing speed were evaluated. To establish reaction conditions including controlling the amide process of ester, the high yield could reach 90.0%. |
