雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的合成 |

摘 要:研究了環(huán)氧氯丙烷與雙酚A在催化劑氫氧化鈉的作用下合成雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的方法?疾炝谁h(huán)氧氯丙烷的純度、氫氧化鈉的質(zhì)量、原料環(huán)氧氯丙烷與雙酚A的配比等對產(chǎn)品色澤及可水解氯的影響,確定了雙酚A型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的優(yōu)化工藝條件:n(雙酚A)∶n(環(huán)氧氯丙烷)=5.0∶1.0,工藝簡(jiǎn)單易于生產(chǎn)。

Abstract:This paper described a method for the synthesis of bisphenol A epoxy resin from epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A using sodium hydroxide as catalyst. The factors including the purity of epichlorohydrin and sodium hydroxide and the molar ratio of bisphenol A to epichlorohydrin were investigated. The optimal molar ratio of bisphenol A to epichlorohydrin was 5.0:1.0. This process is simple and easy to product. |
