從綠茶中提取咖啡因實(shí)驗方法的對比

摘 要:將傳統索氏提取器換為恒壓漏斗,從茶葉中提取咖啡因。研究水、無(wú)水乙醇、氯仿和丙酮不同的溶劑對咖啡因提取效果的影響。結果表明,使用恒壓漏斗作為提取裝置,以無(wú)水乙醇作為提取劑時(shí),咖啡因提取率達到1.82%,提取時(shí)間2~3 h。將提取得到的白色產(chǎn)品經(jīng)傅里葉紅外光譜測試,數據顯示,產(chǎn)品譜圖與標準譜圖一致。

Comparison of Experimental Methods for Extracting Caffeine from Green Tea

Abstract:In a common extraction method a Soxhlet extractor with water, alcohol, chloroform and acetone as solvents was used. In this paper, we attempted to use a constant voltage funnel as an extractor instead of a Soxhlet extractor, and to study its effect on the extraction efficiency of caffeine with different extracting agents. The results showed that the extraction efficiency of caffeine was up to 1.82% when using a constant voltage funnel and ethanol as the solvent. At the same time, the extraction duration was also dramatically shortened. The FT-IR spectra of the white extracting product was consisted with that of the standard caffeine.
