新化合物HNPC-A12211的殺蟲(chóng)活性研究 |

| 摘 要：為了研究新化合物HNPC-A12211對同翅目害蟲(chóng)的殺蟲(chóng)活性，采用浸漬法研究了HNPC-A12211對蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)的殺蟲(chóng)活性，其對同翅目害蟲(chóng)的活性經(jīng)溫室盆栽和田間小區防治蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)和蔬菜蚜蟲(chóng)的藥效試驗確證。試驗結果表明，HNPC-A12211對蚜蟲(chóng)具有較高活性，LC50值為4.02 mg／L；溫室和田間試驗結果也表明，HNPC-A12211對蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)和蔬菜蚜蟲(chóng)的防治效果可與對照藥劑吡蟲(chóng)啉相媲美，具有進(jìn)一步研究?jì)r(jià)值。 |

| Abstract：In order to study the insecticidal activity against homopteran pests of HNPC-A12211, the insecticidal activity against bean aphids of HNPC-A12211 by immersion method were studied, and its insecticidal activity against the homopteran pests such as bean aphids and vegetable aphids were confirmed in the greenhouse and field trials. The results indicated that HNPC-A12211 showed high levels of insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae at the value of LC50 4.02 mg/L. The greenhouse and field trials also showed that the efficacy of HNPC-A12211 on bean aphids or vegetable aphids was comparable to that of imidacloprid, and HNPC-A12211 was valuable for further research. |
