新化合物HNPC-A15269對水稻稻瘟病的防治效果 |

摘 要:為了研究新化合物HNPC-A15269的殺菌活性,分別在溫室和田間研究其對小麥白粉病和水稻稻瘟病的防治效果。溫室盆栽實(shí)驗結果表明:HNPC-A15269對小麥白粉病的防治效果(EC50 1.48 mg/L)遠優(yōu)于對照藥劑Tebufloquin(EC50 5.22 mg/L),與對照藥劑氟硅唑相當(EC50 1.51 mg/L);田間小區藥效試驗結果表明:HNPC-A15269在125~175 g a.i./hm2劑量下,能有效防治水稻稻瘟病,且對作物安全。新化合物HNPC-A15269具有進(jìn)一步研究開(kāi)發(fā)成為防治稻瘟病和白粉病等病害的殺菌劑前景。 |

Abstract:To research the fungicidal activity of HNPC-A15269, the fungicidal activity of HNPC-A15269 against Blumeria graminis(DC.) was tested in greenhouse trials, and the field trail of HNPC-A15269 against Pyricularia oryzae was carried out. The greenhouse trial results indicate that HNPC-A15269 had excellent activity against Blumeria graminis (DC.), EC50 value was 1.48 mg/L, better than that of Tebufloquin EC50 value 5.22 mg/L and comparable to that of Tricyclazole (EC50 1.51 mg/L). Field trial results showed that HNPC-A15269 can control Pyricularia oryzae at the dosage of 125~175 g a.i./hm2, and it was safe to the tested crops. HNPC-A15269 may be further developed as a fungicide to control Pyricularia oryzae, Blumeria graminis (DC.), etc. |
