新化合物HNPC-A14343/14344的殺螨活性研究 |

摘 要:為了研究新化合物HNPC-A14343及其異構體HNPC-A14344對害螨的殺螨活性,采用浸漬法研究了HNPC-A14343和HNPC-A14344及其1∶1的混合物對棉紅蜘蛛的殺螨活性,其對害螨的活性經(jīng)溫室和田間小區防治山楂葉螨和柑桔紅蜘蛛的藥效試驗確證。試驗結果表明,HNPC-A14343/14344對棉紅蜘蛛具有高活性,LC50值為0.35~0.41 mg/L;溫室和田間試驗結果也表明,HNPC-A14343/14344對山楂葉螨和柑桔紅蜘蛛的防治效果與同等劑量條件下的對照藥劑螺螨酯處于同一水平,且速效性?xún)?yōu)于螺螨酯,具有進(jìn)一步研究與開(kāi)發(fā)價(jià)值。 |

Abstract:In order to study the acaricidal activity of HNPC-A14343 and its isomer HNPC-A14344, the acaricidal activity against tetrany chuscinnabarinus of HNPC-A14343/14344 and their 1∶1 mixture by immersion method were studied, and their acaricidal activities against Tetranychus viennensis and Panonychuscitri McGregorwere confirmed in the greenhouse and field trials. The results indicated that HNPC-A14343/14344 exhibited high levels of acaricidal activity against tetranychus cinnabarinus at the value of LC50 0.35~0.41 mg/L. The greenhouse and field trials also showed that the efficacy of HNPC-A14343/14344 against Tetranychus viennensis and Panonychuscitri McGregorwere were comparable to that of spirodiclofen, and HNPC-A14343/14344 were valuable for further research and development. |
