2-烷硫基吡啶并［2，3-d］嘧啶衍生物的合成與除草活性 |

| 摘 要：以4-氨基-5-氰基-2，6-二烷硫基嘧啶和乙酰乙酸乙酯為原料合成了10種未見(jiàn)文獻報道的2-烷硫基-4-甲硫基-5-氨基-6-乙氧羰基-7-甲基吡啶并［2，3-d］嘧啶衍生物3a~3j。目標化合物的結構經(jīng)1H NMR、LC-MS、IR和元素分析表征確證。對單、雙子葉植物的除草活性測試結果表明，在100 mg／L濃度下，目標化合物3a、3c和3f對稗草、油菜莖和根的生長(cháng)表現出100%抑制活性。 |

| Synthesis and Biological Activity of 2-Alkylthio-pyridio [2,3-d] pyrimidine Derivatives |

| Abstract：A novel series of 2-alkylthio-pyridio[2,3-d] pyrimidine Derivatives (3a~3j) were successfully synthesized from the reaction of 4-amino-5-cyan-2,6-dialkythio pyrimidine with ethyl acetoacetate under mild condition．The structures of the title compounds were fully characterized using elementary analysis, IR, 1H NMR and LC-MS. The results of preliminary bioassay demonstrated that compounds 3a, 3c and 3f showed excellent herbicidal activities on barnyard grass and rape at a dosages of 100 mg/L. |
