基于噻(二)唑的丙烯腈類(lèi)化合物設計、合成與殺蟲(chóng)活性研究 |

摘 要:以NC-510為先導化合物,設計合成了一系列基于噻(二)唑的丙烯腈類(lèi)化合物,其結構經(jīng)1H NMR和MS等譜圖表征確證。殺蟲(chóng)活性測試結果表明,在500 mg/L劑量下,所合成的化合物對同翅目害蟲(chóng)蚜蟲(chóng)均具有100%的殺蟲(chóng)活性;進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現,化合物7a對蚜蟲(chóng)殺蟲(chóng)活性(LC50=3.46 mg/L)與先導化合物NC-510的活性(LC50=0.61 mg/L)接近,具有進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化前景。 |

Abstract:A series of novel acrylonitrile compounds containing thia(dia)zole group were designed and synthesized using NC-510 as the lead compound, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and MS. The results of bioassay indicated that the title compounds exhibited 100% mortalit against Aphis fabae at 500 mg/L. In particular, the compound 7a displayed the best activity, the value of LC50 was as low as 3.46 mg/L and its insecticidal potency was close to NC-510 (LC50=0.61 mg/L), so it had a further optimization prospect. |
