抗癌化合物MCB-613的合成與表征 |

摘 要:以4-乙基環(huán)己酮、3-吡啶甲醛為原料,無(wú)水乙醇為溶劑,在無(wú)水氫氧化鋰存在下,室溫反應5.5 h合成了抗癌化合物MCB-613,收率76.4%,純度達99.9%(LC)。產(chǎn)物結構經(jīng)紅外、核磁氫譜、核磁碳譜、質(zhì)譜確證。研究了酸性、中性、堿性流動(dòng)相對檢測結果的影響,結果表明堿性流動(dòng)相v(乙腈) ∶ v(水) ∶ v(三乙胺)=75.0 ∶ 25.0 ∶ 0.1能有效抑制產(chǎn)物異構, |

Synthesis and Characterization of Anticancer Agent MCB-613 |

Abstract:Using 4-ethylcyclohexanone and 3-pyridinecarboxaldehyde as the starting materials, MCB-613 with a yield of 76.4% was synthesized in the presence of lithium hydroxide after a reaction time of 5.5 h. Structure of the product was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and ESI- MS. The purity was determined by HPLC. The influence of acidity of the mobile phase was studied. Isomer can be effectively inhibited by the basic mobile phase v(acetonitrile) ∶ v(water) ∶ v(triethylamine)=75.0 ∶ 25.0 ∶ 0.1. The purity of the product was up to 99.9%. |
