改性活性炭吸附處理農藥嘧啶雜環(huán)廢水的研究 |

摘 要:以改性活性炭作為吸附劑處理農藥嘧啶雜環(huán)廢水,討論了改性活性炭的投加量、吸附時(shí)間、pH值等因素對羥基嘧啶類(lèi)污染物的處理效果的影響,并通過(guò)好氧生化驗證吸附對廢水生化效果的影響。結果表明,改性活性炭吸附效果較未改性活性炭效果好,其適宜的吸附條件為:投加量為3%、pH值為4、反應溫度為20℃,攪拌30 min后廢水中2-二乙基氨基-6-甲基-4-羥基嘧啶(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)嘧啶醇)濃度從520 mg/L 降至50 mg/L以下,COD從2 070 mg/L降至1 000 mg/L以下。通過(guò)生化實(shí)驗證明,改性活性炭吸附處理嘧啶醇廢水使其生化性明顯提高,COD去除率從50%提高至80%以上,且該濃度水平下的嘧啶醇對微生物基本無(wú)影響。 |

Research on the Treatment of Pesticide Wastewater Containing Heterocyclic Compounds Using Modified Activated Carbon |

Abstract:The effects of loading, operation time, temperature, and pH value were discussed in the treatment of pesticide heterocyclic wastewater using modified activated carbon, and the effect of the wastewater by adsorption on aerobic biochemical treatment was verified. The results showed that the modified active carbon exhibited the better adsorption ability than the unmodified one. Conditions including 3% modified active carbon dosage, pH value of 4, reaction temperature of 20℃, and stirring time of 30 min were the optimal treatment condition. The concentration of 4-hydroxy-2-diethylamino-6-methylpyrimidin was reduced from 520 mg/L to 50 mg/L, and COD was reduced from 2070 mg/L to 1000 mg/L. Biochemical experiment proved that biochemical property of waste water was improved obviously after treated using modified activated carbon. COD removal rate was increased from 50% to 80%, and the concentration level of 4-hydroxy-2-diethylamino-6- methylpyrimidin had no effect on microorganism. |
