陶瓷-碳復合粒子電極的制備條件對三維電催化處理有機廢水的影響

摘 要:以多孔氧化鋁陶瓷為基體,對其活化后在表面負載檸檬酸,固相焙燒得到一系列陶瓷-碳復合粒子電極,并以三維電催化氧化降解有機廢水實(shí)驗考察了各粒子電極的催化活性。實(shí)驗結果表明:陶瓷基體在檸檬酸與水的質(zhì)量比為20%的溶液中浸漬10 h,900℃下焙燒4 h制備的復合粒子電極的催化活性最高。在槽電壓15 V、極板間距7 cm、支持電解質(zhì)10 g/L、曝氣0.07 L/min的條件下,處理2.5 h后,原COD值為56 734.38 mg/L的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)有機廢水,COD的去除率達86.50%,COD值降至7 659.14 mg/L。

Preparation and Properties of Ceramic-carbon Composite Particle Electrode for Three-dimensional Electrocatalytic Treatment of Organic Wastewater

Abstract:A series of ceramic-carbon composite particle electrodes were prepared via high-temperature solid-state method. The porous alumina ceramic was used as the matrix, and a certain amount of citric acid was loaded to the surface of the ceramics after activation treatment as the source of carbon particles. The catalytic activity of each electrode was investigated by three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation of organic wastewater. The results showed that the composite particle electrode presented the optimal catalytic activity with dipping treatment in 20% citric acid solution (at mass ratio) for 10 h and then calcination at 900℃ for 4h.Under the conditions of tank voltage 15 V, plate spacing 7 cm, supporting electrolyte 10 g/L and aeration 0.07 L/min, the COD values of some organic wastewater dramatically dropped from 56 734.38 to 7 659.14 mg/L and the COD removal rate reached to 86.50% after treatment by the as-obtained ceramic-carbon composite particle electrode for 2.5 h.
