Ni2+近紅外熒光分子探針的制備與應用研究 |

摘 要:合成了近紅外熒光探針Cyclam-IR-780,該探針的最大激發(fā)波長(cháng)為532 nm,最大發(fā)射波長(cháng)為610 nm,stokes位移明顯增大,達78 nm,可避免對生物活體細胞的損傷。探針與Ni2+結合后形成的配位化合物熒光強度變化明顯?疾炝藀H值及其它金屬離子對Ni2+檢測的影響,結果表明,在pH=7.40的生理環(huán)境下,該探針對生物體內常見(jiàn)的金屬離子干擾較小。Ni2+的檢測下限為1.74×10-4 mmol·L-1,顯示了較高的檢測靈敏度。 |

The Preparation and Application of a Near-infrared Fluorescent Molecular Probe for Ni2+ |

Abstract:The development of novel near-infrared fluorescent probe for Ni2+, Cyclam-IR-780, was described in this paper, which based on cyclam as the recognition group to a near-infrared fluorophore IR-780. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the Cyclam-IR-780 were 532 nm and 610 nm respectively, and its fluorescence intensity increased with the addition of Ni2+ under physiological condition(pH=7.40) and the detection limit reached 1.74×10-4 mmol·L-1. Moreover, the fluorescent intensity of Cyclam-IR-780 did not increase noticeably in the presence of other biologically important cations. The results showed that the probe was not only able to effectively minimize cell damage and autofluorescence by excitation light but also afford sufficient sensitivity and selectivity for the biological detection of Ni2+. |
