| 摘 要：改進(jìn)了1-（4-氯苯基）-2-環(huán)丙基-1-丙酮的合成方法。以2-（4-氯苯基）-3-環(huán)丙基丁腈為原料，在臭氧和氫氧化鈉的作用下合成產(chǎn)物，優(yōu)化條件為：m（水） ∶ m［2-（4-氯苯基）-3-環(huán)丙基丁腈］=12 ∶ 1，n（臭氧） ∶ n［2-（4-氯苯基）-3-環(huán)丙基丁腈］=1.6 ∶ 1.0，反應溫度50℃，臭氧通入和氫氧化鈉滴加時(shí)間為2 h，優(yōu)化條件下，收率達80%。 |

| Abstract：A method for the synthesis of 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2-cyclopropyl-1-propanone was improved using ozone and sodium hydroxide as the raw materials. The effects including the solvent ratio, material ratio, pH value, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the yield were explored, the yield reached 80% under optimized conditions． |
