3-烷氧基丙烯酸酯的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以乙烯基乙醚和三氯乙酰氯為起始原料，經(jīng)取代、加成、醚交換和消除等反應獲得3-烷氧基丙烯酸酯。優(yōu)化工藝條件下，3，3-二甲氧基丙酸甲酯總收率為73.0%，含量98.3%；3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯的總收率達到64.1%，含量99.3%。該方法原料價(jià)廉易得，操作簡(jiǎn)單，具有較好的工業(yè)化應用前景。 |

| Abstract：3-Alkoxy acrylate was synthesized by substitution, addition, ether exchange and elimination reaction using ethyl vinyl ether and three chloroacetyl chloride as starting materials. Under the optimal condition,Methyl 3,3-dimethoxypropionate has the total yield of 73.0% and 98.3% purity; Methyl 3-methoxyacrylate has the total yield of 64.1% and 99.3% purity. The method has the advantages of easy availability of raw materials, simple operation and good prospect of industrial application. |
