響應面法優(yōu)化二甲基砜的制備工藝 |

摘 要:以二甲基亞砜與過(guò)氧化氫為原料制備了二甲基砜。在單因素實(shí)驗基礎上,運用響應面法,以二甲基砜的收率為響應值,通過(guò)回歸分析得出制備二甲基砜的優(yōu)化條件為:反應溫度95.7℃,反應時(shí)間1.57 h,v(二甲基亞砜)∶v(過(guò)氧化氫)=1.0∶1.1,過(guò)氧化氫的滴加速度4 mL/min。在此條件下二甲基砜的收率為88.6%。 |

Preparation of Methylsulfonylmethane via Response Surface Methodology |

Abstract:This paper presented the progress in the preparation of methylsulfonylmethane using DMSO and H2O2. Based on the single-factor experiments, response surface methodology(RSM) was used to explore the optimal conditions for preparing methylsulfonylmethane and the relationship between preparation parameters and yield using regression analysis. The optimum conditions were as following: reaction temperature was of 95.7℃; reaction time was of 1.57 h; volume ratio of H2O2 to DMSO was of 1.1∶1; the velocity of H2O2 was of 4 mL/min. The yield of methylsulfonylmethane was up to 88.6%. |
