燒結煙氣中二氧化硫監測方法探討 |

摘 要:針對燒結煙氣高含濕度大、CO含量高的特點(diǎn),考察了水分和CO對碘量法、定電位電解法、非分散紅外法、傅立葉紅外法和非分散紫外法的影響,對比了以上5種方法對燒結煙氣的檢測結果。實(shí)驗結果表明定電位電解法不適用于測定燒結煙氣,碘量法、非分散紅外法和非分散紫外法適用于測定SO2濃度高于100 mg/m3的燒結煙氣,對于SO2濃度較低的燒結煙氣,傅立葉紅外法具有更好的準確性。 |

Comparison of Methods for the Determination of Sulfur Dioxide Emissions in Sintering Flue Gas |

Abstract:The effects of moisture and CO on iodometric method, fixed-potential electrolysis method, non-dispersive infrared method, Fourier transform infrared method and non-dispersive ultraviolet method were investigated for sintering flue gas with high content of moisture and high CO. Comparison was performed among the testing results of the above-mentioned five methods. The experimental results showed that the fixed-potential electrolysis method was not suitable for the determination of SO2 concentration in sintering flue gas. The iodometric method, non-dispersive infrared method and non-dispersive ultraviolet method were suitable for the determination of SO2 in sintering flue gas with a concentration of SO2 emission higher than 100 mg/m3. While the Fourier infrared method has better accuracy for sintering flue gas with lower SO2 content. |
