TMSCl催化合成1-芐基-2-芳基-3,1-苯并噁嗪類(lèi)化合物 |

摘 要:在三甲基氯硅烷(TMSCl)的催化作用下,2-(芐氨基)苯甲醇與硝基苯甲醛反應合成了1-芐基-2-芳基-3,1-苯并噁嗪類(lèi)化合物。研究了催化劑種類(lèi)及用量、反應溫度、反應物的物質(zhì)量之比等因素對反應的影響,獲得了較優(yōu)反應條件。優(yōu)化條件下反應收率>50%。實(shí)驗結果表明TMSCl比BF3·OEt2和SnCl4對反應的催化活性要好。 |

Abstract:1-Benzyl-2-aryl-3,1-benzoxazines were prepared by the reaction of 2-(benzylamino)benzyl alcohol with nitrobenzaldehydes in the presence of TMSCl. The effects of catalysts including the amount, temperature, the mole ratio of the reagents on the yields were systematically investigated. The optimized reaction conditions were provided. The results indicated that the catalytic activity of TMSCl was higher than BF3·OEt2 and SnCl4. |
