納米碲化鎘/石墨烯水溶液的制備及熒光性能研究

摘 要:以石墨為原料,通過(guò)熱還原法制備了還原性氧化石墨烯(rGO),然后采用水熱法將CdTe量子點(diǎn)與rGO以非共價(jià)鍵的方式復合在一起,制備出了納米CdTe/rGO水溶液。通過(guò)X射線(xiàn)衍射儀、紫外-可見(jiàn)分光光度計、透射電子顯微鏡和熒光分光光度計對樣品進(jìn)行了表征。結果表明,160℃下水熱30 min制備的CdTe/rGO熒光性能最好。CdTe量子點(diǎn)均勻地負載在rGO表面;CdTe量子點(diǎn)的團聚體尺寸由復合前的220 nm減小到60~120 nm;并在527 nm處產(chǎn)生熒光猝滅,說(shuō)明rGO與CdTe量子點(diǎn)之間存在著(zhù)光誘導電子轉移,從而為制備性能可靠的光伏器件提供可能。

Preparation and Fluorescence Performances of Nano CdTe/Graphene Aqueous Solution

Abstract:The reduced graphene oxide(rGO)was prepared by the thermally reduced method from graphite. Then, the nano CdTe/rGO linked by noncovalent bonds was prepared by hydrothermal method. The composites were characterized by XRD, UV-vis, TEM and fluorescence spectra. The obtained results showed that the fluorescence performances were best for CdTe/rGO prepared at 160℃ for 30 min. The CdTe quantum dots were homogeneously distributed on the surface of rGO. After composited with rGO, the clustering size of CdTe quantum dots was decreased from 220 nm to 60~120 nm. In addition, the fluorescence strength of CdTe quantum dots at 527 nm was greatly annihilated after incorporation with rGO, which showed the presence of strong photoinduced electtron transfer between CdTe and rGO. Thus, the obtained CdTe/rGO composites may pave a road to gain reliable performance of photovoltaic devices.
