聚間苯二甲酰間苯二胺樹(shù)脂的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以間苯二胺為原料，在溶劑N，N-二甲基乙酰胺中與間苯二甲酰氯反應，聚合成間苯二甲酰間苯二胺樹(shù)脂。通過(guò)在微通道反應器中進(jìn)行聚合反應時(shí)，反應物配比有效控制在1.005~1.000，反應溫度0~10℃，溶劑水份300×10-6 g／g以下，兩 種單體進(jìn)料速率5∶4~5∶3，此條件下，聚合物粘度1.9~2.1，分子量分布穩定。 |

| Abstract：M-Phenylenediamine reacted with isophthaloyl chloride under the assistance of solvent-N,N-dimethyl acetamide to give poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide resin. By carrying out the polymerization reaction in micro channel reactor, reactant ratio control in 1.005~1.000; reaction temperature stabilized at 0~10℃; solvent water control 300×10-6 g/g; two kinds of monomer feed rate control in 5∶4~5∶3; ηing:1.9~2.1 in polymer viscosity, molecular weight distribution and stability. |
