95%胡椒基丁醚原藥中胡椒基丁醚的HPLC定量測定研究 |

| 摘 要：采用高效液相色譜法，用ODS反相色譜柱，以v（乙腈）∶v（水）=85∶15為流動(dòng)相，在流速為1.0 mL／min，檢測波長(cháng)為238 nm的條件下，定量測定95%胡椒基丁醚原藥中的有效成分胡椒基丁醚。胡椒基丁醚的線(xiàn)性相關(guān)系數為0.999 8，標準偏差為0.20，變異系數為0.002%。 |

| Abstract：Piperonyl butoxide was determinated using ODS filled column, a mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase (v（Acetonitrile）∶v（water）=85∶15), a flowing rate of 1.0 mL/min, and a detection wavelength of 238 nm in a HPLC method. The experimental data showed that this method had a liner correlation coefficient of 0.999 8, a RSD of 0.20, and a coefficient of variation of 0.002%. |
