| 摘 要：α-羥基取代雙膦酸類(lèi)化合物為雙膦酸類(lèi)骨吸收抑制劑，在臨床上用以治療以骨質(zhì)疏松癥為代表的骨代謝疾病，有著(zhù)良好的臨床應用價(jià)值和廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。按起始物料的不同將合成方法分成了3類(lèi)。論述了優(yōu)點(diǎn)和缺點(diǎn)，對其合成研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。 |

| Progress in Synthesis of α-Hydroxy Substituted Bisphosphonic Acid Analogues |

| Abstract：α-Hydroxy substituted bisphosphonic acid analogues are bisphosphonate bone resorption inhibitors, and are clinically used to treat bone metabolic diseases such as osteoporosis. These analogues have good clinical value and broad market prospect. These methods were categorized into three classes based on starting materials. The merits and disadvantages of these routes were discussed, and progress in synthesis was reviewed. |
