二氫楊梅素鑭配合物的合成、表征與密度泛函計算模擬

摘 要:采用溶劑熱法,以藤茶天然有效成分二氫楊梅素為配體與稀土元素鑭合成二元配合物,并通過(guò)元素分析、紅外光譜、紫外光譜、差熱-熱重分析等對配合物進(jìn)行表征。等物質(zhì)的量連續變化法測定絡(luò )合比表明鑭離子與二氫楊梅素在物質(zhì)的量比為1∶3時(shí)有最大吸光度,并結合熱重分析推測其化學(xué)組成為L(cháng)a(DMY)3·4H2O。采用密度泛函(DFT)中B3LYP方法在6-311G**基組下,對該配合物進(jìn)行模擬與表征,證實(shí)了實(shí)驗所得出的配位構型的準確性,同時(shí)證明了該種構型具有較好的穩定性,預期為實(shí)驗的進(jìn)一步研究提供重要的依據。

Synthesis, Characterization and Density Functional Theory Calculation for the Complex of Lanthanum with Dihydromyricetin

Abstract:Dihydromyricetin-lanthanum complex was prepared using dihydromyricetin as the ligand, an active ingredient of TengCha, by thermal-solvent method. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Visible spectroscopy and TG-DTG analysis. This complex had a maximum absorbency when lanthanum and dihydromyricetin in a molar ratio of 1 to 3, and the results of TG-DTG analysis showed that lanthanum with dihydromyricetin is a binary complex, which compositions were tested as La (DMY)3·4H2O. Then, the B3LYP method was used to calculate this complex under the 6-311G** basis sets, the result showed that the complex tended to be a stable configuration. More importantly, it is expected to provide an important basis for further laboratory research.
