基于Ugi-4CC反應合成2，4-二取代-5-氨基噻唑衍生物 |

| 摘 要：采用基于Ugi-4CC（four-component coupling）反應5-氨基噻唑的合成方法合成了9個(gè)2，4-二取代5-氨基噻唑，所有化合物的結構均經(jīng)1H NMR、13C NMR及IR確證，部分化合物的結構經(jīng)IR確證；實(shí)現了重結晶法提純目標化合物，相比文獻柱層析法，提高了合成效率，降低了合成成本，研究結果使該方法更具實(shí)用性和通用性。 |

| Abstract：Nine 2,4- disubstitued-5-aminothiazoles were synthesized using synthetic methods based on the Ugi-4CC reaction, and their structures were characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and some were also further characterized using IR. The recrystallization method for the target compounds improved the efficiency and reduced costs significantly. All improvements made this method more practical and usable. |
