含異戊醇、乙醇廢水的精餾分離模擬分析 |

摘 要:對某醫藥產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的含異戊醇和乙醇的廢水設計精餾分離處理方案,實(shí)現廢水預處理的達標。采用Aspen Plus 過(guò)程模擬軟件對精餾系統進(jìn)行模擬優(yōu)化,對比Wilson、NRTL、UNIQUAC三種物性模型的預測準確性,綜合判斷UNIQUAC更適用水-乙醇-異戊醇體系。通過(guò)模擬分析理論塔板數與蒸發(fā)量的關(guān)系,確定理論板數為14,并通過(guò)模擬分析進(jìn)料位置與蒸發(fā)量的關(guān)系,確定進(jìn)料位置為第6塊理論板。最后通過(guò)確定各流股在三元相圖中的位置可知塔頂存在分相現象。 |

Simulation Analysis of Distillation for the Separation of Wastewater Containing Isoamyl Alcohol and Ethanol |

Abstract:In this paper, a distillation plan for the separation of wastewater containing isoamyl alcohol and ethanol produced in the industrial process of a pharmaceutical product was designed to satisfy the standard of wastewater pretreatment. Aspen Plus process simulation software was applied in simulating and optimizing the distillation system. The prediction-accuracys of three physical models including Wilson, NRTL and UNIQUAC were compared. It was concluded that UNIQUAC was the most suitable one for water-ethanol-isoamyl alcohol system. Through simulation and analysis of the relationship between number of the theoretical plate and evaporation volume, the number of theoretical plate was determined to be 14, and through simulation and analysis of the relationship between feed location and evaporation, the feed location was at sixth theoretical plate. Finally, by determining the position of each stream in the three element phase diagram, it was known that there was a phase separation phenomenon on the top of the tower. |
