混合堿分解鋰云母工藝實(shí)驗研究 |

| 摘 要：研究了混合堿分解鋰云母的工藝實(shí)驗�？疾炝朔纸膺^(guò)程中，苛性堿用量、生石灰用量、水用量、反應時(shí)間、反應溫度等因素對鋰云母中鋰、鉀、鋁、硅浸取率的影響。利用X射線(xiàn)衍射儀（XRD）對浸出渣的組成和各元素浸取率的變化進(jìn)行了研究。結果表明，混合堿分解鋰云母的優(yōu)化工藝條件為：m（鋰云母）∶m（氫氧化鈉）∶m（水）∶m（氧化鈣）=15.0∶30.0∶10.0∶4.5，反應溫度為230℃，反應時(shí)間為5 h。在此條件下鋰的浸取率85％以上，鉀的浸取率為75％，鋁、硅浸出率較低。 |

| Study on the Decomposition of Lepidolite Using mixed Alkali |

| Abstract：A process for decomposing lepidolite using mixed alkali was studied. The effects of conditions including the dosage of caustic and quicklime, the consumption of water, reaction time and reaction temperature on leaching yield of lithium, potassium, aluminum, silicon were investigated. The composition of residue was studied by XRD and the change rule of each element in leaching solution was studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions were: mass ratio of lepidolite, caustic, quicklime and water was of 15.0∶30.0∶4.5∶10.0, the reaction temperature of 230℃, and the reaction time of 5 hours. Under these conditions, the leaching rates of lithium and potassium were 85% and 75%, respectively, while aluminum and silicon were at a lower leaching rate. |
