可膨脹石墨-硼酸鋅／硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫的性能研究 |

| 摘 要：采用氧指數測定（LOI）、動(dòng)態(tài)熱機械分析（DMA）與熱重分析（TG）等研究硼酸鋅（ZB）和可膨脹石墨（PEG）復配對硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫阻燃性能和力學(xué)性能的影響。采用掃描電鏡（SEM）觀(guān)察樣品的形態(tài)、pEG和ZB粒子在硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫中的分布情況。結果表明：硼酸鋅和可膨脹石墨復配阻燃硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫具有一定的協(xié)同增效作用，同時(shí)可改善復合材料的壓縮強度和壓縮模量及儲能模量。 |

| Properties of Rigid Polyurethane Foams Added with Expanded Graphite and Zinc Borate |

| Abstract：Effect of expanded graphite and zinc borate on the flame retardant and mechanical properties of rigid polyurethane foams (RPUF) were analyzed by means of limited oxygen index (LOI), thermodynamic mechanical analysis（DMA）and thermogravimeric analysis(TG). Results indicated that the addition of expanded graphite and zinc borate could make an increase in LOI of RPUF. The addition of expanded graphite and zinc borate improved the compression strength and modulus of RPUF with respect to the compatibility enhancement derived from expanded graphite and zinc borate. |
