新化合物HNPC-A202的殺蟲(chóng)、殺螨生物活性研究 |

| 摘 要：為了研究新化合物 HNPC-A202的殺蟲(chóng)、殺螨生物活性，采用噴霧法測試了 HNPC-A202對鱗翅目害蟲(chóng)粘蟲(chóng)的殺蟲(chóng)活性，采用浸漬法分別測試了 HNPC-A202對同翅目害蟲(chóng)蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)和害螨棉紅蜘蛛的生物活性。試驗結果表明HNPC-A202對粘蟲(chóng)具有較高活性，對蠶豆蚜蟲(chóng)具有優(yōu)異活性，其LC50值為0.42 mg·L-1，優(yōu)于對照藥劑吡蟲(chóng)啉 LC50 值0.70 mg·L-1，具有進(jìn)一步研究?jì)r(jià)值。 |

| Abstract：To study the insecticidal and acaricidal activities of HNPC-A202, the insecticidal activity of HNPC-A202 against Mythimma separata was tested by a nebulization method, and the biological activity of HNPC-A202 against homoptera pests including Tetranychus urticae and Aphis fabae was tested by an impregnation method. The results of bioassays indicated that HNPC-A202 showed high activity against the Mythimma separata and prominent insecticidal activity against Aphis fabae at the value of LC50 0.42 mg·L-1, which was superior to that of imidacloprid LC50 value. In summary, HNPC-A202 was valuable for further research. |
