新化合物HNPC-A6059的合成與殺蟲(chóng)活性 |

| 摘 要：以丙酰乙酸乙酯為原料，經(jīng)氯化、與醋酸甲脒環(huán)合等4步反應合成了5-氯-乙基-N-（4-甲苯氧基）芐基）嘧啶-4-胺（HNPC-A6059），其結構經(jīng)1H NMR、MS等確證。殺蟲(chóng)活性測試結果表明，所合成的目標化合物HNPC-A6059對紅蜘蛛的防治活性?xún)?yōu)于對照藥劑螺蟲(chóng)乙酯，對蚜蟲(chóng)的防治活性?xún)?yōu)于對照藥劑吡蟲(chóng)啉，具有進(jìn)一步研究?jì)r(jià)值。 |

| Abstract：HNPC-A6059 was synthesized from 4-propionylacetic acid ethyl ester through a four-step reaction process including chlorination and cyclization using formamidine acetate, The structure of the target product was confirmed using 1H NMR and MS. The results of insecticidal activity testing indicated that the title compound HNPC-A6059 had excellent activity against Tetranychus urticae, better than that of Spirotetramat. The target compound had outstanding activity against Aphis fabae, which was much better than that of Imidacloprid, and it was valuable for further research. |
