噻蟲(chóng)胺的合成研究 |

摘 要:以1,5-二甲基-2-硝基亞胺基-六氫-1,3,5-三嗪和2-氯-5-氯甲基噻唑為原料,碳酸鉀為縛酸劑,臭氧為脫色劑,一鍋法得到白色噻蟲(chóng)胺結晶,收率91.2%,含量99.1%。此方法具有工藝條件溫和、易操作,三廢少等優(yōu)點(diǎn),且生產(chǎn)成本較低,產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)好,含量高,適合大規模工業(yè)化清潔生產(chǎn)。 |

Study on the Synthesis of Clothianidin |

Abstract:In a one-pot synthetic process, 1,5-dimethyl-2-nitroiminohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine and 2-chloro-5-chloromethyl thiazole as raw materials, potassium carbonate as acid binding agent and ozone as decolorant were used to give the white clothianidin with a yield of 91.2% and a purity of 99.1%. This method was suitable for large-scale clean industrial production with advantages including mild reaction conditions, simple operation, less waste, low cost and high quality . |
