吡唑醚菌酯中間體1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇的合成

摘 要:以對氯苯肼鹽酸鹽為原料,甲醇鈉作堿,與丙烯酰胺在甲苯中反應得到中間體1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑酮,然后與雙氧水反應得1-(4-氯苯基)-3-吡唑醇,總收率84%。該方法成本低、操作簡(jiǎn)便,適合工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。

Preparation of 1-(4-Chlorophenyl) -3-hydroxypyrazole

Abstract:4-Chlorophenyl hydrazine hydrochloride as starting material reacted with acrylamide in toluene to obtain 1-(4-chlorophenyl) pyrazole -3-one using sodium methoxide as base catalyst; then reacted with hydrogen peroxide to obtain 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyrazole. A total yield of 84% was achieved. This route was of low cost, easy to operate, suitable for industrial manufacture.
