摘 要:以丙烯酸甲酯和2-硝基丙烷為原料,經(jīng)季銨堿催化的Michael加成反應、酯水解反應合成得到4-甲基-4-硝基戊酸,2步反應總收率87.4%,其結構經(jīng)1H NMR和GC-MS確證。 |

Abstract:4-Methyl-4-nitropentanoic acid was synthesized from methyl acrylate and 2-nitropropane through 2 steps in a total yield of 87.4%, involving Michael addition reaction catalyzed by quaternary ammonium hydroxide and hydrolysis of ester. The structures of intermediates and the product were confirmed using 1H NMR and GC-MS. |
