硫酸鈰催化合成阿魏酸異戊酯的研究 |

| 摘 要：以阿魏酸和異戊醇為原料，硫酸鈰為催化劑，直接酯化合成阿魏酸異戊酯。實(shí)驗考察了催化劑的用量、醇酸配比、帶水劑的用量、反應時(shí)間等因素對反應的影響。結果表明，合成阿魏酸異戊酯的優(yōu)化反應條件為硫酸鈰用量占反應原料阿魏酸質(zhì)量的10%，物料配比n（阿魏酸）∶n（異戊醇）=1∶6，帶水劑的用量為3.5 mL，反應時(shí)間為2 h，優(yōu)化條件下阿魏酸異戊酯的收率可達95.6%。 |

| Synthesis of Ferulic Acid Isoamyl Ester by Cerium Sulfate |

| Abstract：The ferulic acid isoamylester was synthesized from ferulic acid and isoamyl alcohol using cerium sulfate as catalyst. The factors affecting the reaction including the dosage of the catalyst, the molar ratio of raw materials, the amount of water agent and the reaction time were investigated. The experimental results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for the catalyst dosage of cerium sulfate was 10% of the quantity of raw materials, the molar ratio of ferulic acid and isoamyl alcohol was 1∶6, The dosage of water agent was 3.5 mL at the response time of 2 h. Under these conditions, the yield of ferulic acid isoamyl ester was of 95.6%. |
