氨基二茂鐵的合成研究 |

| 摘 要：以二茂鐵甲酸為原料，與疊氮磷酸二苯酯的叔丁醇溶液反應生成中間體N-Boc氨基二茂鐵（3），然后用三氟乙酸脫保護合成氨基二茂鐵（1），總收率68.1%，其結構經(jīng)1H NMR確證。 |

| Synthesis of Aminoferrocene |

| Abstract：The intermediate of tert-butyl ferrocenylcarbamate(3) was synthesized from a reaction between tert-butanol solution of diphenylphosphoryl azide and ferrocenecarboxylic acid. And aminoferrocene(1) was obtained followed by deprotection in two steps with trifluoroacetic acid, the total yield was 68.1%. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR. |
