乙酰氧肟酸的合成研究 |

摘 要:以鹽酸羥胺和乙酸乙酯為原料,在堿性醇溶液中反應制備乙酰氧肟酸。分別考察反應溶劑、反應溫度、反應時(shí)間、投料配比和溶劑用量等因素對收率的影響。實(shí)驗結果表明:在氫氧化鈉堿性甲醇溶液中,反應溫度為25~30℃、反應時(shí)間為5 h、n(鹽酸羥胺)∶n(乙酸乙酯)=1.0∶1.2、溶劑用量為乙酸乙酯體積數的4倍時(shí)收率達87.2%,純度達98.3%。 |

Synthesis of Acetohydroxamic Acid |

Abstract:Acetohydroxamic acid was synthesized from the reaction of hydroxylamine hydrochloride and ethyl acetate. The affecting factors including the reaction solvents, the ratio of feedstock, the reaction time, the reaction temperature and solvent dosage were investigated. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as following: temperature was 25~30℃; time was 5 h; hydroxylamine hydrochlorid:ethyl acetate was 1.0∶1.2; the dosage of slovent was 4 times of ethyl acetate. The product was obtained with a yield of 85.2% with a purity of 98.3%. |
