離子交換法在鎂鋰選擇性分離中的應用研究

摘 要:通過(guò)考察樹(shù)脂對溶液中鎂鋰吸附的情況,從5種樹(shù)脂中篩選出吸附容量和鎂鋰分離效果優(yōu)良的樹(shù)脂?疾炝藭r(shí)間、pH、溫度、其他鹽雜質(zhì)離子和鎂鋰比等因素對樹(shù)脂吸附性能的影響。實(shí)驗結果表明:ZL-5樹(shù)脂對Li+、Mg2+的分離效果較好;且ZL-5樹(shù)脂吸附Mg2+符合Freundlich經(jīng)驗式。

The Applicatian of Ion Exchange Method in Selective Separation of Magnesiumand Lithium

Abstract:The absorption of Mg2+ and Li+ in solution by resin was investigated to select the resin with high adsorption capacity and good separation effect on Mg2+ and Li+ from five resins. And the factors including time, pH, temperature, other impurity ions and the Mg/Li ratio on the adsorption properties of the resin were discussed in this paper. The test results showed that ZL-5 resin had the best separation ability on Li+ and Mg2+ among the five tested resins, and the absorption of Mg2+ by ZL-5 resin was in accordance with the Freundlich formula.
