溴代丙酮酸的合成新工藝 |

摘 要:以丙酮酸和二溴海因為原料制備了溴代丙酮酸。優(yōu)化工藝條件為:反應溫度為50℃,催化劑為對甲苯磺酸,溶劑為甲醇,收率為40%。該新工藝具有操作友好、后處理簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)勢。 |

A Novel Synthetic Process for the Preperation of Brominated Pyruvic Acid |

Abstract:Brominated pyruvic acid is an important intermediate, which is synthesized using pyruvic acid and dibromohydantoin as the raw materials. The yield of brominated pyruvic acid is of 40% under the optimum conditions including reaction temperature of 50℃, p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst, and methanol as solvent. This novel process has advantages of friendly operation and simple post-processing. |
